Important Note on Application Procedures:

1. Group Submission by school and institute are welcome, please request Group Sign Up Form by EMAIL.
2. € 20 is charged for the each application.

3. Individual contestant should fill in Individual Sign Up form below. Please fill in carefully and attach your transaction record in the sign up form. You will receipt an email confirmation after submitting the form.
4. Please check the information in the email, report to us by email as soon as possible if there is any mistake. If everything is correct, print out the email confirmation and stick it at the back of the drawing, then send it to our posting address:

5. The contestant’s personal information should be clearly shown on the back side (not front) of the drawing. Please do not write any personal information, lettering, words, signatures, or any other markings may appear on the front of the drawing.
6. All drawings must be received (postmarked) by May 31, 2018. Please make sure that your postal service is able to deliver the drawing by that date. Please indicate value 10 Eur. Consignment with lower (0 Eur) or higher value may are intercepted at customs and duty and VAT is required, which is not to be made by the organizer.
7. Applications that are incomplete, without specified information, and with inaccurate information, and/ or without payment of entry fee will not be processed. No individual reminder or notice will not send for incomplete entries.
8. Application is not complete until the entry fee has been received. All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Applications that do not comply with the competition rules and submission requirements will be disqualified.
9. Children Art Hall and XCultural Dialogue reserve the right of final interpretation of any disputes arising from these rules and reserves the right to change the rules without prior notification.
10. The jury is composed of international professionals in visual arts & design and experienced children art jurors. All decisions of jury of the competition are final and indisputable.
11. All drawings submitted will be NOT RETURNED to the authors. They remain the property of Children Art Hall and XCultural Dialogue, who reserve the right to reproduce the drawings in order to promote and develop the Competition with marketing materials such as, but not limited to, brochures, public information materials and exhibits without consent of the authors and without paying author’s royalty.
